Arrival Time
We want you to get the most from your experience at the Spa, so we request that you allow sufficient time prior to your experience to complete a spa consultation form and medical questionnaire, discuss your requirements and allow you to relax prior to your treatment.
Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your treatment. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
The spa will provide towels, robes, and slippers complimentary for spa days. Robes and slippers are also available to hire for spa treatments.
Medical Conditions
Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions.
For your safety and well-being, we ask that you bring any of the following to our attention at the time of booking: epilepsy, allergies, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy, and recent operations.
Please note our Deep Tissue Massage, Lava Shell Massage Treatments and Biotec Facial Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy.
Pre-Payment
Full pre-payment is required for ALL spa days and spa treatment bookings.
Spa Treatments Terms & Conditions
Spa treatments must be booked and confirmed with the spa reservations team prior to arrival, by the guest.
Spa treatments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Spa treatments can be cancelled at no charge up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur full payment.

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your own discretion.
Children’s Treatment Policy
We do not offer treatments for children under 16 years old. Due to the nature of relaxation in the treatment rooms as this is a child free zone, therefore those under 16 years are not permitted into the beauty rooms.
Gift Vouchers
Spa treatments make the perfect gift for the special person in your life. A monetary voucher can be purchased for the value or a treatment at the Lakes Spa.
